Dear Sir,
We have a MTNL broadband connection at my Malad Office with the number 28417987 with the plan “DSL Unlimited 3999”. We have been using this plan for more than 7 months and I am really sorry to say that the internet is never accessible consistently. I have to log a complaint everytime at your call centre and the executives are really rude and they don’t even try to solve our problem. They either disconnect the call or they just give us a message saying the complaint will be sent to the concerned authority and we are given a complaint ID number. They ensure that the problem will be solved within 24 hours which is supposed to be their turnaround time, which is never met!
We have even tried calling up the MTNL area manager but unfortunately the call is never answered. And even if the call is answered all we are told is the problem will be solved in 2 days. This is really a matter of disgrace that an organization like MTNL is not able to serve their customers well!!! I don’t think we deserve this kind of treatment!
Due to the dreadful services received from MTNL, we have decided to disconnect the above mentioned MTNL internet line and also our telephone lines. Also please note we have not received any router from your end and we have been using our own router all along for internet access. Further, we have been unnecessarily charged Rs 4709 for the month of June for our broadline number i.e. 28417981 for which we have even made the payment!
Kindly do the needful by disconnecting our MTNL broadband at the earliest and send us the confirmation for our records.
