This is with regards to Mobile recharge through SMS done through my Airtel Mobile number 98405 63790.I did a recharge for Rs 399 on 10-OCT-07 for Rs 399. The Transaction was not successful. Because my validity got expired on 12-oct-07, i recharged my mobile on 13-oct-07. Now i have validity till Apr -08. When i called Airtel and asked, Mr. Imran and Mr. Vijay senior Executives responeded and told that they would solve the issues within 4 days. But it has been 1 month since the complaint was raised. But No response.
