I have prepaid connection of Bharti Airtel i got OBD call from Bharti Airtel one month back. When i picked this call i got to know that this is OBD call that time i cut the phone immediately. As soon as i cut the call i got message like that so and so Hellotone is activated and you will be charged 30 Rs per month and 10 Rs now for activating Hellotone and after that they charged me for 10 Rs. I called Airtel customer care and explained this problem after that they deactivated my hellotone but not refunded my 10 Rs. AND also i got these OBD calls daily two or three times a day and even lot more service messages from them. please do something as they are activating any service without asking the user and making deduction for no reason. Please look into the matter because they are earning but some people are loosing their money for no reason.
