Reduction in balance

I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection from last 4-5 years. My Mob. No. is 9997132244. I am using internet facility at my mobile. Earlier I used to have some internet plans. But from some times I stopped using internet on my mobile. Today on 19 March I just tried internet on my mobile to see the cricket score. I just opened Yahoo home page. There was a deduction of Rs.12 to Rs.13 from my balance. After that I again tried to open Times of India site. This time deduction was of almost Rs.15 to Rs. 16. Even after disconnecting the site my balance was continuously reducing. I called at customer care but they said that due to server problem they are not able to reply me. After that also my balance was reducing I unstalled all the internet profiles from my mobile but reduction in balance could not stoped. Finally my balance got zero.

So I request you to help me in this regard and to get my mobile balance back.
