Hi i am using airtel prepaid number iam from india, tamilnadu, chennai for last one week airtel network charging 2 rupees and i called to customer care from 198 and 121 and 984019401 numbers but i can reach still 9th option to speak to customer care operator but they disconnect my call but lastly they inform me that call to *121# number to start or stop a service and to know about my balance and validity. even i dail that but its not voice call its a text call it coming option to start and stop a service . so i select stop a service but it replying there is no service to stop in your number. then why they taking 2rs please help me i lost more that 10rs . and i tried to call from different mobile and my airtel landline but same reply for me . i want to valid reason otherwise i will take severe action on airtel network . thank you this is my mobile number 8870687568 my name vidya
