Un nacessary chargesh

Sir / Madam,

I am using AIRTEL prepaid numbers, AIRTEL sending pitcher messages & cricket alert every mints, As per AIRTEL system if any services want to stop just send one SMS STOP and send to 121, I try these more than 8 times, after sending a message we received SMS form AIRTEL your services will discontinues in 4hr its never happen. Shocking is when send SMS for STOP unnecessary SMS is increased and AIRTEL deducting charges against this Messages, mostly I am using these number only for internet also we kept Rs.30 balance for Emergency for calls but unnecessary messages comes and deduct the amount, I refill in three days Rs.90 every alternate days today my balance is ZERO I called in 121 & 198 helpline numbers more then 20times it’s never connected also we try to connected mobile (9892098920) numbers form landlines when we dial these numbers answering Machine say this numbers is not valid please checked these numbers and dial again. Please help me out for these unnecessary Messages come for AIRTEL and deducting unnecessary charge, I want to revere back my money. Please help me out these problem & we hope we get positive responses
