Wrong Plan activation and spoiling SIM card

I am Vodafone customer for > last 4 years. My mobile number is 9833137492.

We ask for one add on plan - Company change for other plan and spoil SIM. Go to Service Centre - wait for 2 Hrs and NO solution.

Why such company DO NOT close and keep doing it's business while taking customers for ride.
