Hi, I am writing this with great regret that my calls are getting barred stating no sufficient balance even after having enough balance in my cell. This is happening for the past one month and I have been calling the Airtel Customer Services and unfortunately their is no one to help my issue and and the saddest part is that they do not know to speak properly wherein they are also charging customer for a call made to their Call Centre. This is really ridiculous and I really feel like throwing away the sim as Airtel Service really sucks and I am really frustrated about the fact that my issue is not resolved wherein I am unable to make any calls to my family members.
Request that not to buy any new Airtel Sim as they do not know how to resolve their customers query and moreover must say illiterated people are appointed with no knowledge.
