I have been using reliance post paid connection for the last 2 years and within this period encountered requirement of number change to a different state once. But once logging the request the work could not be accomplished in 4-5 days and still don't know how many more days to wait. I think reliance has the worst policies.
The more frustrating is that the customer care has immense potential to provide non-existing rules and also to increase the time line whenever user asks why it has not been done. There is nothing user can do and can go to.
There is no certainty in what customer care speaks about reliance policies and what the Reliance Web World (which is the gateway to interact with users) says.
I think that reliance management is never concerned about the services provided and i should say that TRAI should exercise sudden audits to check out the quality of services provided.
