I had taken new SIM in Chennai on april 14th by giving my Passport zerox as address proof (Karnataka Address). After one month Airtel customer care people called me for the address verification 5 times. Then I gave my Passport address (karnataka address) and local address (chennai address) both. After 1 week they disconnected my incoming n outgoing, whenever I called to anybody it was going to the customer care for address verification. Then also 3 times I told my address, after 2 days they rectified it. Then now afetr 10 days without informing me they inactivated my SIM.!! Now I cant do any calls so I called Cusstomer care, they are telling that my SIM s recycled, we cant do anything, very sorry for that, please purchase new SIM. I was having Rs.325 currency in that, what about that.!! Then I went to Airtel Shop in Porur (Chennai), their also not responding properly. I am really fed off because of this Aritel.
