BSNL' Credit Limit
Excessive post paid bill

I want to lodge a complaint against bsnl hp circle. BSNL provides a post paid mobile service to our organization in the name and style Project Tarang. My mobile no under that scheme was 09418842607 & my credit limit was 5000/. In the month of may and June I got surprise when I received a sms in which the latter informed me that my bill was outstanding of Rs. 62, 000 ppr. The bsnl has neither made any sms when my bill reach near the credit Limit nor any formal letter sent. later on I had write a letter to the competent authority to rectified the same as my Credit Limit is Rs. 5000/. In response they denied the facts and informed me that I had used 3to 8 GB[as per terms I GB free] and force me to pay the bill. Now I am helpless. I also request your goodself to justified the same and also provide me the proper meaning and relevant the term Credit Limit and also want a tariff of per GB rate of serious service provider
