I am a BSNL Madhya Pradesh 3G prepaid user, mobile number - 8989118062. i had subscribed to the promotional offer for 3G unlimited internet for 6 months by recharging with Rs 4200 on January 25. Now i am currently in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on a tour and will be staying here for a month. Ever since I moved here on 254th of February, the internet has stopped working. I have enough credit balance in my account. I can make and receive calls as well. I have checked my settings and found out that they are correct. I have even switched between UMTS and GSM modes as well. The internet does not seem to be working anyway. I have talked to the customer care service both in Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh and even visited a local BSNL Office but I have got no way out. They say that it is a network problem and will be sorted out. i feel like cheated. Every month i am paying Rs 700 but getting nothing in return. It’s been several days now, and the problem seem to persist. Please help.
