Dear Sir,
Our phone pannel has been stucked for the last 7 days. We tried to raise a complaint but without hearing any thing they logged a complaint for phone not working. When we tried to re-enter the complaint it was conneyed that no second complaint will be logged till the first complaint will be done. I would request you to please log phone panned complaint and change the instrument so that we wil be able to dial the numbers. It is very difficult for us to manage such type of sutiation.
Request you goodself to please change the instrument on priority.
