WRONG DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

I HAVE A BSNL PREPAID MOBILE (9423792334). ON 15TH OCTOBER MY PREPAID BALANCE SUDDENLY GOT REDUCED BY Rs. 30/- WITHOUT ANYACTION FROM MY END.

ON INQUIRY ON 20TH OCTOBER ON BSNL TOLLFREE NO. I WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED CALLER TUNES WHICH I HAD NEVER EVER SUBSCIBED FOR.AFTERWARDS I WAS TOLD TO DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE BY DIALLING # 56700.AFTER THAT RIGHT AFTER 7 DAYS ON 27THOCTOBER I HAVE GOT A MESSAGE THAT THANKS FOR USING INDIATIMES SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES .TOTAL COST RS.10.I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR USING ANY SUCH SERVICES .SO UPTO NOW I HAVE LOST MY BALANCE BY RS.40 WHICH I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR AT ALL.DO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE NO.IS USELESS AS FOR TRYING IT FOR LAST FOR AN HOUR NOT A SINGLE PERSON IS ABLE TO ATTEND MY COMPLAINT.

HOPE U LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND GIVE ME THE BALANCE OF rS.40
