Without request activate service, missbehave from coustmer care Representative (Mr. DilBagh)

Respected Sir,

Mera No. par mere dwara bina kisi request k service activate kar di gayi aur paise mere account se deduct kar liye gaye... aur jab maine usk regarding coustomer care par baat ki to sabse pahle 1503 no. par representative ne kaha ye bsnl ka no nahi hai jabki bsnl ki website par all india helline k liye yahi no likha hai magar usne yahi baat kah kar phone disconnect kar diya ki ye bsnl walo se pucho ki website par kyun ye no diya hai... usk baad 1800-180-1503 no. par lagatar 3 baar call ki magar sabhi jisme representative ne bade hi missbehave k sath phone dissconnect kar diya...

ab mai ye chahta hu ki bsnl mujhe is baat ka proof de ki jo service mere no par activate hui hai usk liye request maine ki thi... nahi to mere account me mere paise wapas kare...
