I am using BSNL (UP East) prepaid service, mobile no. 8005094670. On 24th march Rs.25 was deducted from my account. I logged a complaint (complaint no. C24UP574360) on the same day.they told me within 48 hrs you get response. From that day i have called 5 times but till today 1.4.11 there is no response.

I am planning to change the service provider. BSNL is the worst service provider in india.
