My name is nagakumar, and i stays at shivaji nagar, balaji nagar, J.J.Nagar post, secunderabad 500087
at our place there is an bsnl exchange office and i visited the office for asking them to give me a land-line connection so that i can use Internet at my home, for that i had went to that office many times but the officials over the are refusing to give me the connection and they are saying that at our places the cable connections are full so after when they again issue a new cable wire line at our place at that time they will give me the connection, but except that there is no wire-line Internet connection at our place, but they are not agreeing to give me the connection
so please i request you to solve the issue as soon as possible and make the officials to issue me a new bsnl land-line connection so that i can use the Internet connection at my home compute
