Dated 23.03.2012 time 3.20 pm.

Phone No 06782- 268210 is dead

My BSNL phone (Land line) number is 06782-268210. last 2 months my phone does not work,

I booked complaint several times through BSNL dynamic Complaint System. within 4 to 5 days the phone was working for a day or 2 but after that again the same problem.

I don't understand why this heppen? my last Complaint No is 11323016232 dated 18.03.2012.

Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service
