BSNL
Asking for due payment when I have cancelled the connection

I have returned the instrument and a request application for cancellation of the landline and the broadband connection six months ago (June 2nd week).

As you know BSNL does not allow a customer to cancel the connection even if the person has to pay more and later get the extra amount refunded.

I had the yearly payment option for the Rs 500 per month plan and so have paid Rs 6000 taxes and the corresponding landline bill.

So literally i have to get the excess amount paid.

I have paid the bill from the BSNL kiosk in Indiranagar.

I have provided the receipt as the proof before applying for the cancellation!!

So instead of paying my excess amount back, BSNL has been troubling me for non-payment of the bills.
