Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
My have a Bsnl No (9483711432). I have recharged it with Rs. 500/- for local and STD free for 1 month on net. But when i recharged it with the same i got a sms
that was:--
"your a/c is top up with denomination Rs. 500 from no. 9500000067 on 07/04 at 05:57 pm, ref No. 593318323 . " I got main balance of rs. 443 (Something).
But i need the plan of free local and STD on net pack as mentioned on BSNL karnataka's website.
I am facing problem. I have called three times to customer care, but they didn't help me for the same.
I want my plan of free Bsnl to Bsnl.
Kindly help as soon as possible.
