My BSNL telefone number (08025374363) and associated internet broadband is not working since 15th May. I raised a complaint (no. 0511/116) on 16th May. So far I have contacted their service desk helpline numerous times. SO FAR, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. Everyday, BSNL helpdesk keep on telling me that the problem will be rectified the following day.
