My Land line and broadband is dead from past few months . whenever I try the complaint number it says "your phone is out of order due to cable fault and will be rectified soon". However I am getting my monthly bills on time and I am paying without using the phone. Someone please help me in resolving this at the earliest. My phone number is 080-25436489.
