Charging without aware of customers

I have been charged 30 Rs twice telling that cricket alerts have been activated even if i didn't do anything like that. And the customer care they not bothered about customers at all simply they wont take up the calls only. This has become a new scheme for BSNL to charge customers for no reasons...
