The landline bills are not being delivered to our Home address and everytime we have contact the main branch and get a duplicate bill to pay the amount. There has been a change of address updated to offices at the main office, the branch office and there is no signs of the address being changed on the bill and it is still sent with the old address updated. The irony is that when we request for the duplicate bill the address is correct. We are fed up of writing letters about the same issue.
Kindly check if this concern can be resolved as soon as possible.
