THIS IS SARAT KUMAR NAYAK OF BERHAMPUR, ORISSA. I AM A BSNL PREPAID MOBILE SUBSCRIBER. MY MOBILE NO. IS 9438592097. TODAY I CONTACT TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND ASKED HIM TO CHANGE MY MOBILE PLAN AND TOLD HIM TO CHANGE MY PLAN TO SARAL ANANT (LIFE TIME VALIDITY). HE TOLD ME TO SEND A SMS BY WRITTING AND SEND TO 53733. THAN IN REPLY SMS I HAVE TO CHOOSE 1. I DID AS PER HIS INSTRUCTION. BUT IN REPLY SMS CAME FROM BSNL THAT INVALID KEYWORD. PLEASE SEND CORRECT KEYWORD TO 53733. SO KINDLY HELP ME, I SUFFERED DUE TO MISGUIDE BY BSNL OR TECHNICAL ERROR HAPPENED FROM BSNL.
