Security money has not refund

Sir,

I am in very trouble and hearty sad from 1.6 years due the behavior of BSNL office aligarh regarding my security money.

I am Kamlesh w/o of Kishan Kumar, take a telephone connection 057222-54356 in past time.due some problem i closed this number before approximately 1.6 years.

My all document is submit to bsnl office aligarh for return my security money but contact person every time generate the new issue and said to me on today that money is not returned because matter is so old.

please help me and return my security money.
