I got BSNL Mobile connection on 16 July. I have not received any bill so far. Despite my registering an online complaint with them, the position is the same. Though I got phone call from the BSNL Office, yet the problem is not rectified. Now, no body picks up that phone from where the call was received. Now, BSNL portal is also not working. My only contention is that the bill is getting accumulated and it will be difficult for me to pay it. Kindly help me. My mobile number is 9425603868. The a/c no. is 564680351.
