I do regular recharge of Rs. 500 or 550 and get proper balance for calling other mobile services. But on 30.06.11 I asked retailer to do recharge of Rs. 550 for Balance and Validity & retailer process my Mob. No. with him mobile for online recharge but that has been denied. He again done with Rs. 500 and msg come that your recharge done successfully but I didn't get the balance in my mobile. one day after I asked to retailer for not getting balance, he call to the concern dealer for the same, the dealer said that the plan has been changed by the company you will get only unlimited BSNL to BSNL voice call pack for one month period only & no balance and validity for other mobiles.
Now my Question that why the company do not informs to retailers? so that customers do not be fool & get proper balance or plan as they required.
