Sir,
I was taken a broadband net connection from BSNL in march. They provide me teracom broadband modem but after one week i found that wireless was not work, downloading speed was too slow that ask me, and when i connect modem, the internet & system were hanged.
My work was suffering, I was doing on-line work now i'm unable to do any work. I raised complaint to the BSNL customer care number and direct to the Officer more than 10 times but no one solve my problem, they said that modem was faulty but they were not change modem. Please sir help me.
