BSNL - Worst Customer Service.
I have got the New Connection of BSNL - Broad band Connection - Plan UL750, after a month of follow-ups with the Engineer (VL Gupta - BSNL, Panipat) and got the internet Connection after giving a Bribe of Rs. 500/- to the above said Engineer. After a Period of Two Months, Broad band connection was not working and Nobody from BSNL to respond on the Complaint and the situation went on for a month. At the end of the month, Received a Bill From BSNL to pay for the whole month Usage. Again Called Mr. VL Gupta and he ensured that they will deduct the amount in the next month bill. But, it was never happened.
After 6 Months, I got shifted to the my New Home in panipat, Again Problem started with BSNL for shifting of My Broadband Connection. I have applied for Shifting my Telephone connection to my new address but after a month of Follow-ups, yet to get the Connection Transfered.
Had a talk with AGM Commercial (Panipat), but still my connection Transfer is pending. Th Order No. Provided by Panipat - BSNL Office are:
Closing Order - for Existing Connection (at my Old address) - 8000469854
New Connection Order No (at my New Address) - 8000469894
Broadband Shifting Order No (at My new Address) - 8000469918
After Receiving so many order Numbers from BSNL - Panipat Office, there is nobody to respond and also Poor customer service (Nobody lifting the Call, If someone responds also they are giving wide range of reasons - System down, Order got cancelled, etc.).
