Incorrect Broadband usage billing

I am a BSNL broadband user and currently using 500C plan (fixed monthly rental Rs 600.00). According to the plan maximum free download limit (excluding night unlimited) is 2.5GB. Usage calculation is done according to the billing month (ie. 1st of the month to last day of the month). But in my March month, it is taken additional 2 days from the previous month i.e. Feb and the usage of that 2 days is added with the March month usage. Consequently total usage becomes 2788MB which have forced a extra charges of 288 MB... Please resolve this issue urgently and make suitable arrangement so that such type of error do not occur in future..
