Its regarding the payment of My post paid airtel phone bill, i was standing in a queue at Nehru place airtel branch to pay my ph bills and it was a pity to see the authorized person taking payments was clearing the payments of a person from the back door and the no. of bills that person carrying was around 15. On being asked why are you clearing so many bills at one time from back door, he replied this is not written anywhere that he can't accept so many bills at one time and on being questioned he threatened to beat us. And ultimately he cleared all the bills of that person before clearing anybody's else. Its pity to see that a private company like airtel is being run in this manner similar to a govt. organization.
