NON ACTIVATION OF POSTPAID CARD AFTER MIGRATION FROM AIRTEL PREPAID

I had applied for conversion from Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Post Paid Corporate offer [149/m plan] .

The services of my prepaid sim card got deactivated on 26th August at 10 am in the morning and I have been receiving a message " SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED'. I receive the same message when i insert the AIRTEL POST PAID [64k] sim card into the handset.

Its 3 pm now [ i.e more than 5 hours ] but My Postpaid sim card still hasn't started yet.

I request the concerned authority to look into this matter or at least update me on this issue.
