Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that my landline 020-26814652 has been dead for the past 8-9 months. All the complains to the loving BSNL authorities fall on deaf ears.
They kept sending me bills for the past 8 months, however this month they have sent me a NIL bill... I suppose they realize that their poor landline is providing no service to me at all. Now they sending me a NIL bill justifies that the phone is dead for long & they need to do something about it&--HELLO HADAPSAR EXCHANGE&SDE are you listening... I need service (working phone) not a NIL bill to satisfy my complaints. Incase they can't provide the service, they are free to come and collect their handset from my residence & pay me my deposit.
