BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I was told that the call rate will be 20 paise now (previously 10 paise) I kept messaging to activate and each time it said & this service or F&F is not valid for your scheme.

I am not able to activate this offer. either this is fake.
I am not sure how BSNL customer service are working.. but they keep their customers on hold for atleast half an hour and they disconnect.
