No connection after 3 weeks

I have applied for a new connection on 13-Jan-10. I have still not got the connection. Repeated calls and visits to BSNL offices have also not helped.

Consumer:52573751

App no: AI092695

In current market scenario where private operators are ready to provide connections immediately such behaviour of BSNL is totally not acceptable. BSNL should improve their service and customer care else they would soon loose all their business.
