i m bsnl prepaid customer using no 9463694566. on 30 jan i got a message from service provider that "thanks 4 using wap subscription service, your total cost is Rs. 30". Even though Iam not subscribed to that service and not using that service.
their customer representative also not giving solution of this problem.
