I took d 299 combo plan 4 broad band usage in August. suddenly i've recieved my jan bill of 2287 rs. i've been charged 277 for each month as fixed charges since aug. i dunno that scheme didnt specify anythin. i've rcd n payed bill of approx 300 every mnth. so y dese charges. my bb usage has nvr crossed 1gb limit. wat should i do.?? bsnl call centre ppl have no idea. lekha adhikari says these r being added 2 all bills. but y? r othrs wid same scheme rcving same sort of bill . but y? bsnl page shows no such charge.
