Reduction of amount

I am using Bsnl Prepaid service. When ever I insert the sim in mobile and switch on, immediately sending message to unknown number and rs 2 will be deducted from the balance. Complained to the customer service. Each time different executives will say different settings to change in the handset. However, those settings does not appear in my hand set. I use 2 mobiles handsets. Both of them does not show the settings. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE POOR KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCT BSNL. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT WE SAY. THEY SPEAK WHAT THEY KNOW. getting Rid with bsnl.

THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THE BASICS WHAT WE KNOW.
