Sir,
i want to register a complaint against bsnl. as in our college "Ganeshi Lal Agarwal Institute of technology and management, mathura" the signal quality is very very poor. instead the campus has a capacity of about 2000 people. the phones do not work properly and not even a single call can be made in hours. so i kindly request bsnl to build a signal tower in the campus as it is causing a lot of trouble.
