Delay in shifting of the BSNL telephone

Hi

I have requested for shifting of the telephone (local shifting within Bangalore, Ph:26689549) vide work order no.9169663 dated 23rd Feb. Today is 10th March and till now the shifting has not been done. May I know the reason for this delay?

Since this is causing me great loss, I hope the matter would be taken seriously and necessary action would be taken.
