There a lot of initiative and advertisement from BSNL to provide the new lines/broadband service. more people are booking the lines
But the fact, BSNL kallikuppam exchange not have people to provide new lines even though the lines and provisions are readily available in this area. Almost two months over. Call center 1500 just provides information but cannot provide solution or cannot register any complaint. In last two months, how many new lines are provided from this exchage? How to proceed further???
