NOT RECEVIED RECHARGE BALANCE AS PER YOUR AD

Dear Sir,

I want to give complaint against BSNL which is service provider company to my mobile net work for mobile No : 9426527916

I had top up of my mobile for Rs. 550 on 31/03 through ICICI BANK net banking as per BSNL advertisemnt in news paper there is scheam of 50% extra talk time upto 31/3 as per this I had to got talk time of Rs. 750. But i got a talk time of arround Rs.498 for my that top up by Ref : 57842611

Please do the needful and take necessary action to rebate my actual talk time of Rs. 750.
