Difficulty in registering for online payments for landline

I am finding difficulty in registering for online payments for my telephone Nos. 08415 255588 and 08415255515.

One of the questions asked for the registeration is that to enter the Consumer No.where as no mention of the consumer No. in the telephone bills. However a customer Id is provided in the bill.

Is the customer Id and Consumer No. is same? When I contacted your service 1500, i was told that both are same. But when I enter customer Id No. 4000258953, it shows that it should not be more than 8 digits.where as it is 10 digits.

I will be highly grateful to you for providing consumer Nos for my phone Nos 08415255588 and 08415255515.
