IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SM PACK PROVIDED BY 56363 TO ME, AS A RESULT THEY ARE CHARGING ME RS 8/- PER WEEK, BUT I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED THIS PACK. TO UNSUBSCRIBE THEY ARE ASKING ME A KEYWORD WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED TO ME. PLS UNSUBSCRIBE THE SM PACK
