From yesterday night the landline is completly dead. We have already registered complaint regarding this. And there is always cross connection in our landline. This has been communicated as complaint to BSNL but there is no response. We had taken new connection only in Feb 10. And almost 20 times we would have complained. But no action has been taken. We are not receiving the hard copy of the bill of both Landline and Broadband. We are facing very big problem. Kindly rectify and solve the issue
