I would like to bring to your notice that I am using prepaid connection of BSNL and I am not satisfied with the customer care service.
On 24-03 RS 30/- were deducted from my account towards loveology service.
I NEVER APPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE.
When contacted customer care they lodged complaint c241237978 on 24-03
again on 01-04 i got a new complaint no. d011264468
The customer care executive not attended properly, dropped calls and the complaint is not yet resolved neither have I received any call from call centre as told by the executive within 24 hours of complaint.
I want the account that has been deducted from my account should be credited in my account as it is simply unfair to cheat a customer.
Your kind intervention is required.
Please do the needful.
