My Self Mr. Bideshwar Mukhiya From West Bengal, Burdwan, Durgapur. I beg to inform that i am purchase a new connection of bsnl prepaid sim card and recharge with Rs.175.00 to activate bsnl net service. After few days' Rs.6.00 and Rs.7 Something is deducting from my main balance. when call I customer care then They said that this is temporary network problem. the deducting balance is add to your main account and they were lounch a complain and give me a complain number i.e 5310803 on date 14.04.2010 but not any result yet now.
