I have BSNL Broadband Unlimited Plan for Home for Last 2 years.
The Broadband Connectivity at BSNL always irregular.
It fails when I need it the most.
There is no proper information provider at The complaints.
I have to waste almost hours to even send a simple email.
BSNL should declare a pro rata discount on actual available time so that we are compensated for lost time, Service and mental harrassment
