I belong to kizhakambalam exchange in ekm ssa, our phone went out of order on by 5 may and our number was crossed to other number, on the next day we had went to complaint this issue to the exchange and they treated us in a very bad manner, on that day they removed the fuse, but still the phone was out of order.everyday we were complaining but none came to look the problem, and the lineman who used to come is a corrupted person and also he is a union leader too, at last on by 11 we went to aluva section office and the engineer out there called the ae of our exchange and within 1 hour our phone was cleared, kudos to the engineer sir... since there are a lot of private tele companies in india, still we had our faith with bsnl which has been using for years, but due to this incident it has gone..the service in our exchange is too bad.these employees like lineman, ae etc will finish bsnl in our area... so please kindly take some action against them for the survival of the bsnl, its a request...
